CSL Behring Senior Manager, Patient Engagement and Advocacy in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities:

· Develops strategies and recommendations for improving processes, efficiency and practices.

· Fosters effective cross functional relationships including but not limited to Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Compliance and Sales.

· Ensures collaboration between brand marketers and Patient Engagement Associates with program development, reporting, metrics, on-going communications and oversees contributions to annual integrated business planning.

· Provide oversight and support of global patient initiatives under guidance of Assoc. Dir. Patient Engagement

· Supervise relationships between 50-60 patient advocates and internal and external colleagues.

· Ensure training requirements for patient advocates is met on an annual basis.

· Identifies and prioritizes Patient Engagement opportunities and empowers team to create and execute plans.

· Directs Patient Engagement communications to internal and external stakeholders.

· Requires ability to explain Patient Engagement practices and policies of job area to ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.

· Lead internal team of Patient Engagement Associates

· Responsible for team members’ annual objective setting and performance

· Ensure all Nth Am Operations’ engagements with patients are in accordance with SOP 51 as well as our CSL Values

Education:

· BS/BA

Experience :

7-10 years professional experience

Experience working with patient advocates, advocacy organizations in rare disease categories

Knowledge of relevant legal, compliance and regulatory requirements to engaging with patients

Direct line management experience preferred

Consumer marketing experience a plus
